We LOVE Dr R and his staff. I would never think to go else where. He has seen my child since a young age, he’s awesome with kids. I never am waiting there. We get in and we get out. He never has a grumpy person working for him (lol). The environment and people are top tier. 10/10 recommend

So I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I wasted my time here but I’m also happy he did not do any work on my teeth. This was my first and last visit there. When I first walked in the office is not very appealing. Staff is nice besides the dental assistant. There was me and a Christine there at the same time. She called the name and we both was not sure who she wanted so we both asked and she got attitude with us to the point another client in the waiting room made a comment about her attitude. Also was told to be there 20 min early to fill out paperwork and ended up waiting a hour after my appointment to be called to the back. When I got to the back they seemed very rushed and the dentist was not very personable. I was in the chair for all of 5 min. He told me I needed all this work done to my mouth I told him I was moving out of state in a few months and he told me it’s not worth doing anything just get it done when I move. They gave me my medical record of what they supposedly found. Said I needed all these root canals tapped on my teeth asked if it hurt when he tapped on my teeth I said no and he was almost irritated I said no. And I will be calling my insurance company, on the paperwork it says he cleaned my teeth which is not true at all I was in the chair 5 min and he no where near cleaned my teeth.

They didnt actually write down the appointment they scheduled me and then when i showed up the doctor wasnt even there and i drove half an hour for nothing. I used to love this dentist but the receptionists are awful. I wont be returning Edit due to reply. The point is they did not even write down my appointment they scheduled for me. So i would not have been able to be seen regardless if the doctor was there or not! And they did not call to inform me the doctor was not in, AGAIN due to not writing down my appointment!!!!! I had to show the receptionist my call log because she didnt believe me when i said i called to get an appointment april 29th.

Dr. Romito and his staff are very kind, conscientious and really good with their patience. At least that was my experience. I am so glad that I found this dentist. First time visit. I was really nervous to come in and get a cleaning. There was no reason! I wish I could get more than five stars. I definitely recommend this doctor and office staff.
