Professional, friendly staff and Dr. Morin seems very knowledgeable. Never felt rushed by him or that he was trying to push me into something I may not be comfortable with. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere as the place has more of a cozy feel to it. The hygienist is better than the previous ones I had at another clinic. She seemed to do a better job as I noticed a certain amount of "slipperyness" between my teeth that other hygienists didn't leave me with. I would have given this 5 stars, except I had one disappointing experience with this lab assistant who was asked to came over to help with a crown I was having done. She was trying to rush the woman working on my crown to hurry up so she can finish whatever it was she was doing. I thought this was very unprofessional and rude behavior in front of a customer when a permanent procedure is taking place inside my mouth. Not sure what she was thinking acting like that in front of a patient, but maybe that's her problem, she doesn't think.

My Comments

Morin has the best bedside manner!! My daughter who has been to at least 6 dentists because of her fear of dentists, saw him today for an emergency visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and understanding. My daughter said when she left that she wants to go back to him. Best dental experience to date with my daughter!!!

I called Dr Ronald Morin's office the morning before leaving for vacation with a cracked ceramic cap on my front tooth that happened the night before and they made me a new ceramic with in three hours using the CEREC AC system and fitted it perfectly. A huge thank you to Dr Morin and staff, now I can go on vacation with a smile.

Dr Ronald Morin and his staff are very professional and friendly. I can usually get a quick appt date when I need it for lost fillings. He is up to date in the newest procedures too!
