This was my first appointment at Cor-Dent Dental Centre and my experience was wonderful! The transfer over process was completely handled by the secretaries who were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ray went above and beyond to ensure he explained every single step of his procedure which really helped decrease my anxiety around going to the dentist. He provided me with valuable patient education and answered all of my questions, free of any judgement. His assistant Jessica was very helpful and thoughtful thorought my entire visit. Dr. Sundeep Patel is a true star dentist—professional, gentle, and incredibly patient. He assessed my pain, explained every step of the extraction process, and calmed my nerves, making the procedure smooth and stress-free. His assistant, Chantelle, was efficient and friendly, quickly taking an X-ray and walking me through what to expect. Morgan at the front desk was equally warm and even mentioned following up, which showed genuine care. The aftercare instructions were clear and thorough. I had a great experience spending nearly 2 hours at the dentist! Dr. Ray has a very calming bed-side manner and his staff are phenomenal and a pleasure to talk to.
