Disappointed by the receptionist’s attitude when asked if they can assist with my daughter’s bottom retainer. Our orthodontist is overseas, and it only needs some glue on the steel band of the one molar. Seriously…this is a 5 minute procedure done as an emergency measure. She was unhelpful and only offered to ask the dentist when I insisted, because we are not patients: “Not sure if we can do that”. Customer experience: 0/10.
