Dr. Singh the dentist used to “exceed expectations 1patient at a time” as his service motto says, but sadly that’s no longer the case. I was one of Dr. Singh‘s first dental patients (together with my children); when he was a small town locum at what used to be called the Village Walk Dental across the road from where he is now. That was way back in about 2008. I have seen a steep decline in service when one is no longer a regular patient, based abroad. His previous Receptionist was spot on with attention to client service but the new team care less and at times I think neither does Dr. Singh the dentist care about client care. Emails are not responded to text. WhatsApp Messages are not read nor responded to even though they offer this service. I find that Dr. Singh’s practice has grown but an element of unprofessionalism has crept in Especially with the new team that he now has at the front desk. However, there’s no doubt that he is still an outstanding & exceptional dentist in terms of his technical practice you are eventually given the honour of having an appointment to see him & I can’t fault the practice in terms of its cleanliness. There was a time when I would recommend Dr. Singh but now he just seems too busy for his own good and at times he’s too busy to be professional. After being one of his first patients since 2008, it pains me to write such a review but that is my experience of late.🥲

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Singh. I had not had my wisdoms removed when I was younger and they started coming out now and causing me immense pain. This morning I walked in and asked for an appointment and the receptionist, Dr. Singh and his assistant were so kind and helpful. They extracted my tooth perfectly without needing a lengthy operation and hospitalization. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. for your kindness and willingness to assist on such short notice!

Thanks to Dr Suveer Singh I no longer avoid the dentist. After some pain and a small infection I was really stressed about the prospect of having my wisdom tooth removed. But my experience was short, comfortable and PAINLESS. Recovery was quick and good too. Great bedside manner, great supporting staff and overall my best dental experience by far.

My experience with the team has been poor, appointments not being confirmed and ahead to, rude staff from the front desk can't get there stuff in order. This is a business which should respect customers but that not the case. Very disappointed customer overall.
