I had the worst kind of experience during my recent visit to your clinic. I arrived around 2:30 PM and was told by the receptionist to wait. Despite the heat, the AC was not turned on, and I wasn’t even offered a glass of water—not the kind of hospitality one expects from a reputed clinic. When I was finally called in by the doctor, I was hoping for a proper consultation regarding my hair loss concerns. Unfortunately, the doctor didn’t seem interested in understanding the issue I was facing. In a 15-minute conversation, she mentioned the expensive treatment—costing around ₹72,000—more than 25 times, without taking the time to explain the cause or offer genuine advice. It felt like I was being sold a product rather than being treated as a patient. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously to improve their service.
