Drain King Plumbers Hamilton

I booked an appointment for free qoute between 8 to 11am, but I also contacted other technician to compare price and gave him the work because he came earlier. I called Drain King to cancel because its past 10am, i need my clogged toilet work. DRAIN king arrived past 11am and charged me $111.87 for trip charge?

Worst customer service! Plumber was here for 30 seconds to fix a clogged toilet and I was charged $300. I had to call back the next day because the toilet wasn’t flushing again, they said we fixed it yesterday and you’d have to make another service call. The manager Kailee has not returned my call. Will definitely never use them again or not recommend!

I called for help with my persistantly slow drains that just wouldn't go down. I was able to schedule a service call quickly when it was convenient for me. The technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After assessing the problem he was able to quickly clear the drains and now my slow running drains are no more. I highly reccomend Drain King Plumbers to you to solve your plumbing issues. And the price was just definitely reasonable for the great job I received.
