I saw Drain Rex truck parked in the neighborhood and thought I might give it a try since I need a plumber for my property. Whoever answered the first call was very nice but things turned sour on my second call. On both times, I insisted to know the price. First time I was told: 240$ to come in and unclogg the drain whether it would take 2 hrs or 5 minutes, weekend/weekday he assured me. Took the time to reflect and get things ready on my end (buying a new sink, etc), and called again 2 weeks later: today. So today, for the exact same service, pricing has now increased to 350$, weekday pricing, weekends are more expensive. Since I am questioning the info I am getting, I am being told that I might have dialed a wrong number, that it might have not been the same company. I happened to have taken a picture of the truck. Treating potential customers in that manner is just so disrespectful I will never call them again.
