I’ve used Draper Realty and Construction for my rental property management for 10 years &. They have done an amazing job! They have always done a great job of managing my property & finding good tenants. The only problem that we’ve experienced with a tenant was the last one who lost her job & unfortunately couldn’t remain in the property. We were able to get her to move out without having to evict her which saved me a lot of money & future rent. They were very efficient at getting the property ready to rent & found new tenants very rapidly. They also investigate all tenants fully before leasing the property. I greatly appreciate what they have always done for me! Draper’s repairman Justin Rogers aka Turbo was amazing at all of the repairs that he performed He is so excellent at everything he does and is so great to work with! As a person who has done all kinds of construction work in my 76 years I know quality work when I see it & his work is quality all the way! 👍
