Dan & Dr Melissa are outstanding. So compassionate, patient, flexible and kind, thank you both so much. I had been on the fence about this decision for awhile but finally booked an appointment. I was second guessing myself but Dr Melissa assessed my senior, ill baby boy and confirmed my fears that he was indeed in pain and suffering, putting on a brave front for his mama. I am extremely grateful for the extra information provided to me by Dr Melissa which convinced me to be selfless although in extreme sadness to help Champ cross over the rainbow bridge peacefully. RIP Champ, mommy will always love you

A year ago, we had to say goodbye to our 18-year-old family cat, Cody. I often reflect on the experience with other pet owners, as it was hands-down the most peaceful pet passing I’ve ever gone through. Dr. Melissa was truly a gem. In these moments, we seek someone who cares deeply for animals, wanting the best for our pet, and Dr Melissa absolutely does. But beyond that, she also cares deeply for the people that our pets call family. She is incredibly empathetic and was able to comfort everyone in our household, despite their different reactions and needs during the situation. I can only imagine how much she sees in a day, and the fact that she was able to make this experience feel so personal is a testament to her emotional intelligence. She explained every step before we began, gave us all the time we needed during and immediately after the moment, and offered thoughtful advice for navigating grief once the emotions began to settle. I remember it was a national holiday that day, and she still accommodated our schedule even though we had only called to make the appointment that morning. We chose to have him cremated (aquamation), and her service took care of all the logistics. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was handled smoothly and respectfully. To the reader: This will be one of the hardest decisions you ever make. But if you have the opportunity to know that it’s your pet’s time (and it’s not an emergency, rush-to-the-vet situation), I highly recommend Dr. Melissa’s service. It’s truly the most peaceful and compassionate way to say goodbye: in the comfort of your home, surrounded by the people who loved your pet the most. When the grief begins to ease, you’ll look back on the experience and feel grateful that your pet’s life ended the same way it was lived — with love and peace until the very last second. Thanks again Dr Melissa. I can't express enough how important it was that Cody's passing be as peaceful as you made it. Rest in peace buddy, I'll see you on the other side!

We are so thankful to Dre Melissa for the care and compassion she showed during such a difficult moment. She came to our home to help our dog pass peacefully and immediately brought a sense of calm and kindness. She was gentle, respectful, and incredibly understanding, making both our dog and our family feel safe and comforted. We’ll always be grateful for the peaceful goodbye she helped give our beloved companion.
