This is not the first basement I’ve had finished but this is by far the best job I’ve ever had done. They weren’t looking to finish as fast and cheaply as possible but were focused on delivering quality and paying attention to the little details. The communication was immediate and consistent, they answered all my questions throughout and made this a truly seamless and stress-free process. I really can’t recommend Northern Builders enough! With the trust that was built I would feel comfortable with these guys building my entire home. Justin, Ian and Suzon are the best.

I feel like it is always hard to select a contractor to work on your home. Will they do a good job and prioritize quality? Will they be fair and honest and honor their commitments? Will they even show up? We decided to go with Northern Builders because they came recommended by people we trusted and had established a good reputation in our neighborhood. We had them finish our basement and it turn out amazing! We had a number of custom elements that we wanted, and they worked hard to ensure that our vision for the space was realized. It was apparent that they really cared and they wanted us to be happy with the end result. I have extremely high standards and tend to be a perfectionist. There were a few times where, because of some miscommunication or misalignments, they implemented something different than what we expected. In these instances, they were always extremely good about making sure that our vision was fully met, even when that meant changing something or redoing work. This really impressed me. They really do put you first. They even came back after the job to help me solve a house issue that was completely unrelated to the work they had done. I would fully recommend them.

We are so happy we chose Copper Creek. Our basement is beautiful and well done. It's like having a new home. Everyone was so great to work with, very respectful, and always asked for our input in decision-making. Very communicative if a problem arose, and working with Ian and the team was like working with a friend. We had many wires for the home theater and confusing plumbing for our espresso machine and Justin and Cory were so helpful in getting them to work. We recommend Copper Creek to anyone, and we'd love to use them again when we remodel the upstairs.
