Hey there, I wanted to talk a bit about Nisarga Builders. So, I noticed something - they didn't have a swimming pool. You know, the kind where you take a dip? Yeah, that. It's not my cup of tea, and I was a bit bummed out about it. But here's the thing that really got me thinking. They gave me a price that was firm and no-nonsense. Like, no haggling or bargaining. Even if the price was a bit higher, they didn't budge an inch. They said, "This is it." Now, I get it, good things have a cost. But even when I thought about it, the price stayed put. No matter what. In Nisarga Sarovar Apartments Surya city entire stilt floor approved for parking has been used for unauthorized construction of flats and being sold by providing false approved plan. Anyone planning to buy flat in stilt floor if Nisarga Sarovar Apartments please check the approved plan with Anekal Planning Authority. 290 flats constructed against approved 232 flats.
