I'll be honest, I'd only heard negative reviews before visiting the clinic, but what I saw was something completely different! All the staff, from the front desk to the doctor, were very friendly, attentive, and sweet! The doctor did an excellent job on my tooth. It hasn't been that long since the treatment, but it's been long enough to know the doctor did a great job. Thank you!

I have attempted to work with Dentist office for year. In that time they have cancel appointments on me with out notification or letting me know that my dentist is out of country. That the Covering dentist prescribe me wrong medication that I had severe allergy too. My pharmacy attempted for 2 weeks get hold of the office to alert them of issue. I had to called 2 days in row until got hold someone that could help or was welling to listen. Now Due to work emergency I'm not able to make my scheduled appointment they are not will to be flexible like thier patients are with them and refusing to reschedule my appointment unless I call in every Tuesday to see if thier appointment. Is this costumer service? Bias against people with state insurance? Dental Chop shop that only care for themselves nothing for patients? Why do cooperations like this office not understand that valid emergencies come up for people and not push them for it? Why does patient put up such treatment and unprofessional manner they handle clients? At this point beware of this office. Beware of having valid life emergencies on the same day you have appointment with them. Go to dental office that will work with people not treat you so inhumanly. To bad the main dentist good but rest is like dumpster trash of 2020.

‘Soft Touch’ doesn’t live up to its name. I found the Dentist to be impersonal and heavy handed. I’ve never had so much pain and sensitivity after receiving a filling. I could hear a child getting a cleaning nearby and they were having a great time, the hygienist was very attuned. I guess adults don’t get the same treatment.

Our Special Needs daughter was an established patient of two years. She developed some dental issues so we set up an appointment which was almost 90 days out. Approximately 45 days after making the appointment I was diagnosed with Stage II vocal cord cancer, (incidentally, I also have Stage IV COPD) and will be 70 years old in January, and our daughter is 19. My cancer treatments (radiation) was a bit of an issue with the COPD and once they were started we could NOT stop until treatment was complete. I had to be there EVERYDAY Monday thru Friday which caused my daughter to miss her appointment. After treatment, when we went in to make another appointment they refused to give us one said that for the next four visits we could come in and wait on a walk in basis, and they would only do emergency dental on Fridays but again it on a walk in basis. I explained to them about the cancer and what happened and they said “that’s our policy”. These people, at least out front in the office are heartless, no compassion, unprofessional. Needless to say, we changed dentists and will NEVER return to Soft Touch at this or any other location. They asked for a 1-5 star rating, I gave them a 1, which was WAY too high, but if you don’t give at least one star your comments won’t be accepted.
