This company will not stop sending marketing emails, though I have unsubscribed and sent them a message requesting that all my data is expunged from their system and records. If I had known this would be the case, I would have never purchased from them. Now that I know, I will never purchase from them again.

July 30, 2025 - First time user and ordering online from Florida. The product I wanted was not "in stock" or available on Amazon so I ordered direct. I had some problems with shipping and ordering coupons/discounts and etc. The net-net is ALL was fixed and remedied quickly and to my satisfaction. I will update this when I get the product and check it out. Highly regarded and high marks for all natural and no chemicals and etc. So I have high expectations and hope.

Package not received. Called the customer service and got mocked, belittled, and discriminated against by the agent because I am not a native speaker and have an Asian family name. I told her clearly that I wanted the order resent to me, she said yes and then gave me a gift card instead after the call, resulting in me having to reselect the order and missing the sale period. The entire call was unprofessional, disrespectful and hostile. The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!
