Berry CSolid service/team. I had a issue with my boiler system during the dead of winter and reached out to Ben as recommend by a family member. I submitted a service request online after-hours and Ben was able to respond to me right away (something I really appreciated). He made sure Laurel in the office scheduled an appointment for me first thing in the morning. On my appointment date Daniel, gave me a quick call before coming out to confirm a few things - this was much appreciated as he wanted to make sure to be prepared to resolve my issue. Daniel diagnosed the issue right away and was prompt at making the repairs. He was great at answering my questions and concerns during the process. They know what they're doing, and they make sure you're taken care of. I really appreciate the team at Drips and Drains for handling my issue and they've gained my trust through this experience. Patricia GoochGreat service! I got a 90's condo and wanted to make sure that the plumbing was sound. Melvin replaced my old wax seal on my toilet that had almost completely corroded. He also redid all of the caulking around my bathtub and toilet. A few months later, John Installed my new bathroom sink and faucet to replace the old 90's one (it was backordered). There was an issue with the P-trap so Mark attended to that and redid all of the piping under my bathroom sink to prevent a tiny leak from becoming a huge problem. All staff were on time, friendly, and provided good service. The rates are very reasonable. I'm slowly going through my whole place to upgrade everything and I will definitely call them again!
