Drogon Construction transformed my SCARY 1940s basement into the workspace/professional work-from-home studio of my dreams! The photos speak for themselves, but what they don’t show is that Austin and his great network of subcontractors completed this entire project in one month! They were extremely mindful of our budget and went out of their way to make the most of our limitations. They had to demo out the existing walls, level the uneven concrete floors, fir out and insulate the walls, lay new flooring, re-do almost all of the plumbing, and replace all of the doors and windows, among a full list of other things like painting our super dry wood ceilings and making custom work benches in a really challenging size to accommodate my profession! What sets Drogon Construction apart from other companies is that they line all of the subcontractors up to get work done so you do t have weeks passing between each step of the project. Not all projects are as drastic as ours, so if they can make our UGLY basement look this good, imagine what they can do with your space!
