Had a a cap procedure on one of my front teeth done, it was botched on multiple occasions leaving me looking terrible and self conscious of my smile for almost a year. My 2 children had an appointment with them for routine checkups, they called my 2 times to reschedule on their end pushing the appointments back a few months each time. I received a call just before their 3rd scheduled appointment notifying me that they no longer take my children’s insurance as of a date that was just a week before the appointment time that they called me to push back. Grimey is a nice way to put it.

My first time there: While sitting up the appointment I found that the woman on the phone was friendly and informed. When I got there the receptionist was helpful and polite. The dental assistant did her job professionally and quick. And the dentist her self was firm and instructive. All and all I would recommend this dentist to everyone and I think I’m in good hands.
