Scott BehnkeI shopped here a few weeks ago just before Christmas to find gifts for my wife. I was greeted by Alex and told her what I was looking for. She spent the next 10-15 minutes putting together several things that she thought would work for me. I ended buying nearly all of it. She then put the items in gift boxes with tissue paper, all ready to be wrapped. My wife loved all of the things that she got. Probably spent a little more than at Kohl’s or JC Penney’s, but the personal service was well worth it. Thank you Alex at Fox River Mall location for the great help!!

All of the employees looked at me and none of them even said hi, but as soon as the another customer would walk in, they would get greeted by. I needed a fitting a room and the girls just ignored me so I walked out. I’ve been in retail before and I know what great customer service is. This wasn’t pleasing at all. Horrible customer service.
