Arrived on time for a 6pm appointment to get haircut & dye, but waited almost an hour before finally getting seated to start shampoo, so they didn't have time to color hair, ended up with just a cut. Then, they slabbed on a ton of gooey hair gel and claimed it was a "special style" and tried to charge extra. Disappointed in the time it took, the service, & the overall experience. We will never be back to this location.
