The absolute worst brokerage. They have canceled loads two times on us when we are there to load. Twice we have bounced miles from where we unloaded to there customer to reload. We arrive and the shipper informs us that there isn’t any product for them to ship. We call Stephen to ask why we weren’t informed, he lets us know they found out two hours ago (which they didn’t call us immediately) and we aren’t getting paid a truck order not used because our truck is there the day before they load. We were supposed to load by 6 AM so of course our truck is there the day before so they can be loaded first thing and they are complaining of having a truck early! I guess they prefer trucks who show up late and can’t speak English. We tried to explain fuel and drivers time isn’t free to get to a load when the failure is on there end and there shippers end but Stephen makes it very clear it’s expected to be free because we were there the day before waiting to load and it’s not his fault they don’t have product. We then talk to Eric “the manager” who is extremely unprofessional and hangs up because he doesn’t want to pay a truck order not used when they wasted our time, our drivers time, and our fuel. A complete joke of a company who doesn’t understand the trucking industry. People like them give brokerages a TERRIBLE name. They have zero respect for the trucking company doing their work & they are only worried what they can stash away in their pockets.Do not use them.

We have been working with the DSV team for several years and have nothing but great things to say. They are understanding of the trucking community and help in anyway they can to ensure all loads are transported in the most safe and efficient way possible. They are excellent in keeping all communication clear and relaying all information necessary to make each delivery and/or pickup a successful trip. Working with DSV is more than just a customer to trucker relationship, it is a partnership!! Thank you DSV and looking forward to continued growth!

Very poor service. Too many negative reviews, and now I understand why. Unprofessional communication and lack of support. I recommend staying away from this broker.
