Worst management system. They took interview for first & 2nd round of coding test after passing all test cases in both rounds, they are not replying anything. When we call and ask to HR she says we are rejected. (More than 243 members connected through telegram and discussed about same role all shared there bad experience related to company)

Pros Work from home and salary on time Cons The leadership at ThinkBridge lacks clarity regarding goals and objectives. Prior to hiring, they fail to establish clear expectations and performance criteria, resulting in a lack of direction for new employees. During the probationary period, which should be a time for guidance and support, there is a noticeable absence of managerial involvement. Furthermore, there is a prevalent issue of work overload, affecting not only new hires but also existing employees. In addition, there is a lack of training opportunities provided by the company. Considering these circumstances, I would not recommend joining ThinkBridge, especially if you hold a senior position. The organization seems to exhibit a hire-and-fire culture, and there are indications of a toxic work environment. While ThinkBridge may be a startup, it does not cultivate a culture similar to that of a multinational corporation, instead fostering a toxic atmosphere. In addition to the aforementioned concerns, I have also encountered instances of biased treatment at ThinkBridge based on regional differences. As a person hailing from the northern region, I have observed that during meetings, there is a tendency for individuals to predominantly speak in Marathi, which has left me feeling excluded and disadvantaged. This language barrier has contributed to a sense of inadequacy and difficulty in actively participating in meetings. Such biases further contribute to the overall negative work environment at ThinkBridge. Advice to Management Establish clear goals and expectations: It is crucial for leadership to clearly communicate the company's goals and expectations to employees, both during the hiring process and throughout their tenure. This will provide a sense of direction and enable employees to understand what is expected of them. Provide comprehensive onboarding and training: Implement a robust onboarding program that includes thorough training sessions for new hires. This will help them acclimate to the company's culture, processes, and job responsibilities. Additionally, ongoing training opportunities should be offered to all employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster effective communication and engagement: Encourage open and transparent communication within the organization. Managers should actively connect with their teams, providing guidance and support, particularly during the probationary period. Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their ideas and concerns. Address work overload: Recognize and address the issue of work overload by appropriately distributing workloads or considering hiring additional resources when necessary. Overburdened employees are less productive and more prone to burnout, which can negatively impact the overall performance and morale of the team.
