The driver Faisal was great. I was told our bill would be $260 total plus tip, $130 would be charged each time. I got a charge of $150for the drive to the airport, gave Faisal a $30 tip, where is the extra $$20 charge? UPDATE! I misunderstood the original email which did say $260 plus a tip for the driver. The$150 one way included the tip. Their driver, Faisal, informed the company that I gave him a cash tip. Metro Cars promptly refunded the tip that I gave the driver. As I said previously, Faisal was great, he was on time, very helpful, courteous and professional. I will definitely use their services again.
