NEVER AGAIN! We requested a taxi to run us up to the gas station to fill our portable container - the Dispatcher told us that would be no problem and informed us that the "Driver" would be at our home in 30 minutes. Well, The Driver NEVER arrived. We called the Dispatcher back only to be forwarded to a voicemail...well, guess what - the mailbox was full. We waited two hours before finally reaching someone. He stated that the Diver claimed that We were picked up and dropped off back at home! No! We were waiting outside and the Driver NEVER came! Because of this..I missed an important meeting. I don't even want to imagine if someone needed to get to the airport and missed their flight. If You have an important trip...Skip this company! ZERO stars!

I found this company through my search for a delivery service that would deliver a cake to my son for his birthday Long story short the communication at times was a little slow but overall the service was committed to make the delivery. So much so that the driver took upon himself to fulfill a fathers delight by driving in the Grand Rapids Blizzard of December 24,2022 to deliver a cake. Praise God!Drivers name was a Mr. Alex! Would 100% recommend this company! Very reliable and driver was exactly on time by the minute. I had scheduled my pick up in advance since it was an early morning time.
