If you looking for a honest ac technician with great customer service then Pleasant Run ac/ heating is your go to. I have been a customer for 5 years and he has always did a great job and will not cheat you like most of these companies. I totally recommend his service and most importantly he is VERY affordable.

My old system was bad and was not cooling my home. I booked what I thought would be a maintenance check or potential repair but ultimately had a desire to replace the unit. Forest checked the system and explained the problem which would only be a temporary fix. After I explained to him my interest in replacing the unit, he provided me with a recommendation of a unit and the cost. He and his workers showed up timely on the date of installation and completed the replacement. After the replacement was done Forest himself took extra time to personally walk me through all the completed work, completed the settings for my thermostat, and provided information/instructions for how to complete settings for low temperatures during the winter. Prior to this winter cold snap arriving he’s took the initiative to follow up with me to ensure the unit would be set up properly. I would recommend Pleasant Run AC/Heating especially Forest and his professional expertise again, and again, and again. My experience has been invaluable!!!
