I visited this store because they advertise that they buy watches from customers. However, I was surprised to learn that they only buy specific brands, and they refused to buy my watch—even though the same brand is on display and being sold in their store. It would be more transparent if they clearly mentioned which brands they accept. Disappointing experience.

Best Watches and Luxury boutiques in UAE. Bunch of professionals and mostly all the the Luxury watches available here. Staffs are very interactive and explain everything about the watches we’re looking for. Have to wait little more to get appointments that’s all the negative part there.

I was out of the store within 5 minutes. There were multiple sales persons watching and scrolling on their phones in the cabin rooms but I was attended to after the receptionist urged someone twice. Shows that I caught someone on a bad day already.. I had gone to trade an omega seamaster. I did not have warranty paperwork . I asked for it to be looked up using the serial number (which being a market leader as they claim — should have the means to). The sales person, Arya, was mean and arrogant. I asked him I have misplaced the warranty — what options do I have — he said nothing. Understanding the problem, situation, requirements and trying to meet and solve them within the scope feasible is called customer service. Perhaps please start with basics, luxury souq —it just shows perhaps they don’t cater to the end users but brokers and middle marketers. I went with good intentions after watching Khalid’s reels, which welcomed everyone without prejudices , but please do not waste your time if you don’t have warranty or want to be shown black face at LOL Sheer waste of time on a lovely Saturday morning.
