Pete & Jennifer did a superb job with our house sale. Starting with the initial discussions and looking at comps, to recommendations for different contractors for painting, cleaning, and carpeting prior to the sale. The pictures were outstanding and the accompanying video made us want to buy our own house! The detail placed into the entire listing, including floor plan, did an excellent job of presenting our house. What was even more amazing about our sale was that we were out of the country when the house actually hit the market and we really had to lean on Pete & Jen’s experience and expertise in open houses, dealing with offers, and taking us through the final sale. And when the offers did come through we were happy that we could pick and choose knowing that we had multiple offers to decide upon. Even dealing with a last minute need for a contractor during the negotiations was something that Pete & Jen handled for us. Total process time from listing date was a little over 3 weeks and they were able to get the highest price in our neighborhood yet - much to our delight. Pete & Jen know how to play the home sale game which was a win for all of us.
