Some great barbers, for example Jesus is superb and very talented. However there is one woman who works there last week who is quite unpleasant. Does she hate loyal customers? After 3 years of going here I will no longer. Also, they should not advertise a student rate if they are not willing to honour it. They have removed the loyalty cards as well. They remain pricey, and despite skilled barbers like Jesus, poor customer service from the woman at the front makes it not worthwhile
Pricey hair cuts even with the student deal (~$45) and they got rid of their promotion of after 6 haircuts, you get the 7th one free. I went to redeem my 7th haircut and they tell me after the haircut that they no longer do this promotion deal. They said it ended about two weeks before I got to redeem it. No announcement or anything, they just said that they wouldn't honour the promotion even if you already paid for the last 6. Don't trust their promotion deal if you don't get haircuts often or else they'll just say that it has eneded.
I thought I got a decent cut but then I checked the back of my head. Bro did me dirty with this uneven cut. Just went in with the trimmer and called it a day. Never have I been so self concious about how I'd look from the back. I'll be wearing a hoodie this summer for the next two weeks. Not worth the $45. They also have suggested tip options of $15(not 15%), $20 and $25. That's a minimum suggested tip of 33%. Yet to see something like this anywhere else in Toronto.
