Went for an MOT and the repairs necessary couldn’t be carried out. Was told if I had them done externally I could retest for free but was then charged again for a second MOT just days later. Now £90 down for a simple MOT procedure. Have contacted their help service but no reply yet. Will update review if the matter is dealt with.
