What an amazing hotel! The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of tranquility blended with luxury. From the very first minute, I felt genuinely welcomed by the outstanding team – especially the Front Office Manager, Nabil, who was always there whenever I needed anything. The General Manager also made his presence felt, greeting guests personally at breakfast – exactly how it should be in a true luxury hotel. Speaking of breakfast, it’s an absolute must-try! The pastries are out of this world. The hotel also shines with its stunning infinity pool offering breathtaking views. My room was a haven of comfort – the bedding was top-notch, and I slept wonderfully, without any noise from above, next door, or outside. A truly exceptional stay! I was genuinely sad when I had to check out – and that’s something that rarely happens. Huge congratulations to Dorchester Collection for this absolute gem in Dubai!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Lana Hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even offered us a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The upgraded room was absolutely breathtaking—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The highlight was undoubtedly the view. The panorama from our room was nothing short of mesmerizing, offering a perfect blend of cityscape and natural beauty that we could enjoy day or night.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with stunning room designs and delicious food. The location is excellent in the heart of Dubai. However, I unfortunately noticed a certain level of arrogance in the staff’s attitude, which is uncommon in Dubai’s renowned hospitality. The place doesn’t evoke a sense of belonging or comfort as expected, and it seems the hotel management adopts an overly frugal approach in providing finer details, despite the high cost of stay and the hotel being part of a prestigious international group.
