fassil egualeI have been a client of Zental for the last three years. I have done bridges and works on the lower part. Starting from the sign outside the Dentistry is inviting. Very cooperative and full of smile receptionists. Very clean environment ( shows the cleaners are very good ). Well-run establishment. The first dentist I met there is Dr Ali. He makes you at ease, very professional and explains every thing in detail. Because of Dr Ali I am no more afraid of Dentists. All dental assistants are very good and helpful. Because Dr Ali is no more working on Saturdays I had a chance to met two dentists; they are very good and professional. If you want to do major works and money is tight they will arrange 12 month 0% financing. I have used that twice. The lady who manages and arranges the financing is very organized snd very helpful. The medical rooms downstairs and upstairs and the waiting room area are spotless. The toilets are clean and smell nice. All in all I recommend Zental for minor ( check up and cleaning ) and or major works.

Maggie DeanFantastic place, especially if you’re nervous, or terrified like me. Extremely welcoming staff, calming interior (unless you don’t like pink and soft colours), clean and pleasant. Plenty of time during appointment, no feel of anyone rushing. I had a complicated treatment, removal of a root canal treated tooth that cracked in two places (no more hard boiled sweets for me; ever!!!). My dentist had a God given hand. Brilliant in injections, hurt less than normal. Tooth pulled in pieces, total control on procedure. Explaining along the way so I’m not nervous. Cleaned afterwards, almost no bleeding. Even asked if I eat beef to check if he can apply collagen. Maybe it’s normal in private dentistry, but man I felt fantastic despite my jaw hurting as heck (TMJ distinction on top of issues). Provided with full information about aftercare, what to do and don’t; what to look for (problems and no problems). And then sent a text with short enquiry to make sure that I am really ok. (Apart from all the contact numbers given in case of problems.)
