Walk-in but make an appointment? That policy doesn’t make much sense. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Most of the staff didn’t seem helpful or empathetic. One lady was kind and did try to help, went and grabbed the front desk girl ..but the rest gave off the impression that they really weren’t interested in assisting.(the middle lady sitting n the kids receptionists needs to understand that they need to guide patients especially new ones) There’s definitely a lack of clear communication and poor customer service overall. To the management team: Take a look at your reviews — the issues mentioned aren’t new. It’s time to make real improvements. Re edit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Management Update – Dalia’s Follow-Up Dalia from management gave me a call and genuinely expressed her concern. She truly made the effort to understand my experience and showed care not just for the situation, but for me and my daughter as well. Even though she reached out a few days later, her sincerity was clear — she even asked how Zara was doing, which really meant a lot. I explained that while no place is perfect, what matters is the willingness to improve. She acknowledged the miscommunication that took place and apologized on behalf of the staff. I appreciated her honesty and effort, which is why I’m making the decision to revise my review based on her response. It’s reassuring to see management that cares and takes feedback seriously — here’s to better experiences moving forward.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and poor communication at this clinic. Without my consent, they repeatedly contacted my family members regarding my personal matters—which is a serious violation of privacy. What made things even more confusing and inappropriate was that they brought up my mother’s medical situation in conversations related to my own, despite the two being completely unrelated. There was no clear explanation, no proper follow-up, and no respect for boundaries. This experience made me feel that patient care and confidentiality are not a priority at this clinic. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects respectful and professional healthcare services.

I had a great experience at Dundas Neyagawa Clinic. I contacted them in the morning to have my stitches removed, and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor made the process quick and painless. I really appreciated how efficient and responsive they were. Highly recommend!
