I had a disappointing experience with Dunton Rainville, particularly regarding my initial contact with Me Gamliel. While I understand that consultation fees are standard practice, the first action taken by the firm was to request payment through a legal assistant, even before I received any direct communication or courtesy email from the lawyer. This approach felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, leaving me with a poor first impression. I believe this process needs to be re-evaluated to ensure clients feel respected and valued from the outset.

Had an appointment on June 30 2021 at 3:00 pm to transfer a sale of a condo with the new buyers who drove all the way from Toronto. We have been waiting over 2 hours and fifteen minutes in a waiting room to do a five minute signing. The receptionists have gone home and we still haven’t been seen. This is the utmost unprofessional service. Stay away from this horrible place and Mr. Jacques Beaudoin. This notary should be ashamed of himself.

Terrible service. One month delay for our condo closing. Had to call almost daily with no return calls from Mr. Beaudoin or Ms. Lundy. Do not use this company the notarie and assoicates do not do a good job!!!
