I can't recommend Santos and Duran Flooring more highly! They were 100% fantastic! Awesome work!! We purchased a new home in Sept. and prior to moving in had Duran Flooring removal all of the various floors throughout the house (except the bathrooms) and replace them with floated engineered hardwood floors. They also removed all existing baseboards and replaced them with newer, more modern 5 ¼" baseboards. The work was all done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The crew(s) were meticulous with their work: demolition work was fast, then floor leveling (who knew that a 40 year old slab was more like a roller coaster than it was flat?), and finally new floor installation. What I really liked was that Santos was fully involved. He made sure that everything we wanted, down to very small details, were correctly communicated to the guys doing the work, but also that after the fact, it was done correctly. Additionally, Santos actually answers the phone when you call, returns calls & texts promptly, and shows up for any appointment or check-in on time! Seriously, the work is virtually perfect. There are not really flaws to pick out and that is in spite of us making a few on-the-fly changes mid-stream. We had Santos do some additional demolition work and halted work long enough to swap out a new underlayment as we didn't like the first one originally chosen. Great guy - great workers - great installation!! You honestly shouldn't need to look anywhere else for floor installation!!

Santos and his team did great job installing SPC floor in my home. I would highly recommend. They installed new plywood, self leveled my floors, installed the spc, and installed the baseboard. The crew was great to work with, they were detailed oriented, and checked everything. Will use again in the future.

Our recent experience with renovations of our home has not been pleasant. It was a pleasant and surprising change to interact and work with Santos and his team. Santos even though a little pricier than others was very honest , sincere , straightforward about the kind of work involved and how they would execute it. He was willing to work with us in terms of cost whenever it got expensive and guide us properly. It was truly appreciated. He and his hardworking team delivered before time which was shocking and overall did a great job of demolition of old flooring and installing new one. They took care of our new flooring during instal , cleaned up after themselves every single day and overall did a fantastic job. I would hire them again any day. All his workers including Angel , Gabriel , Calvin , Luis , Antonio and one more person I am forgetting were very good at their jobs. They took care of our property and did not trash it like others during the process and I highly recommend them for flooring. Thank you once again for your great workmanship.
