I recently ordered sweatshirts from them and I’m extremely happy with both the quality and the material. They have a studio in Bangalore where I could actually see and feel the garment, which helped me decide confidently. They assigned a SPOC from their team Priya Shanmuga who guided me through the customization process, shared a couple of samples, and patiently explained the different printing options and the cost implications. She even supported me with listings and logistics since I needed deliveries to different cities. Overall, the experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommended for both personal/corporate gifting as well as bulk orders.

Good place for ordering tshirts in bulk. Good factory. Efficient staff. Connecting to a particular sales or service executive is difficult unless you have their individual mobile number. Through board line it's almost impossible.

Extremely careless and unprofessional. Sending the wrong colour at the last minute is pure incompetence. Because of their mistake, I lost a long-term customer. Zero accountability, zero respect for B2B timelines. Stay away if you value your business.
