I hired architect and Structure Services, where Tushar manages architecture and Bhautik manages structure. I am 100% satisfied with Tushar’s work—his designs and attention to detail are excellent. However, I am completely dissatisfied with the structural work. They often sent designs that were incorrect and not aligned with the architectural plans. The team frequently said “yes, we’ll handle it” but nothing was properly executed, and their focus seemed more on money than quality. For example, the footing was positioned incorrectly, which they failed to detect. If I hadn’t been actively present on-site, I would have had to rework multiple things. Unfortunately, I never felt that Bhautik shared the same vision of building a “super home” that Tushar clearly had.
