If I could I would give this company a negative 5 stars. Worse freaking ppl you could ever rent from. I had several friends that rented houses from them in the bethelsprings tn area which is in the country setting. Nearest grocery store is 6 miles into town. They went out there jacked the rent up on house that were falling in completely. Cut down privacy bushes in which was one thing that made it country and gave privacy painted all the house white with black doors making it look like some apartment complex. If they think they were helping out they weren't. Ppl move to the country or out in the county for a reason which is privacy. I was told by some of the tenants out there the rent was ungodly for the condition the house are in. And the ones they fixed up they patched up. I was also told they went and changed the locks in the Ines that were evicted before they could even get their personal belongings. My advice that I've gathered about renting from this company stay far away from them and i will be posting about this company on other platforms in the comments. I don't know who used to own these house before these ppl bought them but they sold put to the wrong ppl. They are by far the worse.
