It's the worst leasing company. 1619 hanover st, Murfreesboro Tennessee. A month after I moved in the AC went out during a heatwave and they gave me the option of moving out rather than fixing it. It took them a week. I could write a novel about these slum lords. Get it together! Take responsibility for your business! This is so sad.

Finishing up a stay now with 5 other friends at the lofts at 107 in nashville Our parents weekend away was drastically let down by dyer management. There's been trash inside the entrance off 2nd Ave since we got here Thursday. The entire building smells of sewage. There is actully something growing inside the kitchen area from the ceiling down the brick. The floors and windows and everything else have never been cleaned. The place is disgusting. 2nd ave is completely shut down and your woken up every morning to construction crews and jackhammers. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM. Stay elsewhere !!!

I stayed at The Viewpoint Condominiums with my family and it was so beautiful! The view was stunning, it was right off the main Pigeon Forge strip, and Dyer Management was a very responsive and helpful host! We will definitely be back!

I don't even want to leave a review, trying to find a place to stay because of my own actions. my current living situation isn't the best right now, and nothing is getting fixed at my apt on account on how many times i've put in maintenance request, on top on my neighbors threaten to kill me for standing up for myself as a single lady, I thought Pike Place would be the right move for me . Austin an manager at one of there properties treated me real rudely while i was frustrated trying to figure out. why keep trying when they only gonna judge Continuously weather im in the projects or the suburbs
