We just ordered 1000 pins for my breast cancer survivor dragon boat team. At first, I was wary, because their quote was so much less than other companies, but I decided to take a chance. They were very receptive as we tried to play with ways to adapt our design so it would work well on a pin. After I placed the order, it was ready within the 4 week timeframe that I was quoted. The quality of the pins was exceptional. We were so happy that we went ahead and ordered hats for our team, too. Again, we had to play with the design so it would work well with the embroidery. We were very happy with the final product. The team at Dynamic Gift is responsive and helpful. Our team will be wearing these items and trading the pins at the International Breast Cancer Paddlers' Commission Festival in Aix-Les-Bains, France in August 2026, where we will be competing with 4500 breast cancer survivors from around the world.

I had to order hundreds of lanyards on such a short notice. There were so many back and forth between the company that I work for and Yvonne from Dynamic Gifts. I'm amazed by her prompt and professional response. The turnaround was so quick. I felt bad for having to reach back out several times over tiny details and the whole time she remained friendly and professional.
