What an absolutely wonderful service from this company, and Eddie and Jo are so lovely to deal with. I had a new build desktop to replace a 20 year old 'dead' PC, and it involved a painstaking transfer of data from the old to the new, requiring an impressive level of resourcefulness from Eddie to access and convert some ancient and very precious files that I feared were lost. I am hopeless with computers, and they have been so incredibly helpful and kind. Absolutely 5 star service!
