My home sewer line was blocked half way between house and city main line. Had sewer backup in my house. IVIS provided fast, professional service and cleaned line and camera it and showed me everything along the way. Provided best advise on maintaining it and options to fix permanently future blocking at a low sag spot (spot repair with hydrovac) or annual cleaning at less cost as required and also recommended installing a backflow preventer (will be having this done by them) . Have use of water again, good job!!

IVIS will charge you for 3 hours (no matter what - even if the job takes 10-15 minutes) - my mistake for not asking (shame on them for not being upfront and disclosing) Secondly - they will not get Back to you with customer concerns (unless you repeatedly call/email) even though they tell you “they”ll look into it” Third - way way over priced See below Before you dig $299 plus GST Em utility locating $180 plus GST IVIS = $700 plus This are the prices to Find a water line I’m Hoping i can change this google Review to a more positive one

These guys are the best at what they do... The 3 hour call out fee was no big deal because most companies would take much longer to do the job.
