The only reason im giving 2 stars and not 1 is because for the price, its sort of acceptable i guess? The food is not bad or disgusting, just extremely bland. Did not try the hot drinks.

Simon NewallHad a bit of an issue with something I'd ordered off the breakfast menu as the kitchen had run out and the automated till hadn't updated itself. Before I'd even picked my coffee up a member of staff had informed me of the issue, sent another member of staff to update the till again and offered me a choice of anything else off the breakfast menu without further charge - no fuss, no bother. My expectations of customer service are fairly low these days as it seems to be pretty poor in general, but I'm happy to say that they were exceeded in this instance.
Simon McCabeOh Morrisons. Your cafés were once cheap wonderful places for a quick easy meal or a brew. Now you don't know what you are. Food quality and quantity has gone down the pan yet you now use silly things like heat sapping mini metal buckets for chips. It's no longer great value, it's no longer great quality it only offers convenience if you're already shopping there. Go back to basics, look at what you offered a decade ago and they way you offered it. The cafe's were never posh but they felt better than they do now.
