As for your crew, they were awesome, worked very hard, we can not believe they managed To finish with amount of worked- they seemed to work great together. Kevin for final inspection also great also proud of this company and the product. This is an outstanding company with outstanding communicaton and customer service and a great product. The best company I ever worked with! From the first phone call to the end of the finished project every person was very professional. East Coast Metal Roofing delivered all that it was promised to me! I had my roof for 2 years and an absolutely love it! Would recommend it to anybody who is on the market for replacing their roof! Thank you to all the people I worked with! Patric Saad was the project manager and Emily was the person I was in contact first and all the other people that made my house beautiful! It was a little bit more pricey than regular roofs, but the quality of the product and the excellent service was worth every penny! Plus is 50 yrs lifetime warranty! Can’t beat that! We had a great experience with East Coast Metal Roofing from start to finish. The sales process with Christian was excellent—he was honest, thorough, and really took the time to work with us and answer all of our questions. He made us feel confident in our decision from day one. The first person we met was Keith, the Quality Control Manager. He set the tone with his professionalism and was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process. Courtney, the Operations Manager, made sure all the necessary materials were ready on time and that the proper permitting was in place. Her behind-the-scenes coordination helped everything stay on track and stress-free. Rob, the Install Manager, was very knowledgeable and represented the company well. You could tell he truly cared about the outcome. And Jimmy, who led the install crew, did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The coordination between the team members was seamless, the communication was consistent, and the cleanup was excellent. You could really see the pride they take in their work. Highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you’re looking for a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, communication, and teamwork.

Needed a new roof and decided to go with ECMR. They’re expensive but worth every penny. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Shaun, Jenna, and Teryn were kind and patient, kept us informed, answered questions, they were on top of everything. I was so impressed. The crew was amazing. I have gardens around my house. They protected them and took good care of them. Cleaned up every day they were here. Again, I was impressed. I’ll never need a new roof again! The roof is beautiful. Don’t hesitate to talk to these folks. They’re awesome.
