The Dr came in after hours to fix a pokey wire on my son. This office has been so wonderful about working with me when I have to remain at work through his appointment and just drop off and pick up. They are willing to call me for any discussions and scheduling. We’ve had a couple of last minute cancellations due to illness that were treated with kindness. The cost of treatment is affordable. Our daughter is next and we won’t hesitate to bring her to the Brownsburg location as well.

Dr. Altschul and team took great care of my daughter through her two phases of orthodontic appliances and now beyond with her retainer. Everyone at the office is always extremely friendly and easy to work with as they always make the plan and upcoming appointment expectations crystal clear. Scheduling was always a breeze for many appointments over the last two years and Dr. Altschul even made time after hours to make sure my daughter received some unexpected care which we were very grateful for. Dr. Altschul and his staff went above and beyond to make the entire process as comfortable and easy as possible for my daughter and she is so happy with her new smile.
