Such an outstanding level of service the eye test was fantastic and everything was explained step-by-step. I also opted for the eye scan which was also amazing and being shown the scan results and having it explained to me what it meant was awesome to learn I was super impressed with the professionalism of all the staff Can’t recommend the Team enough. From the start to the end of my appointment the staff were very polite & efficient. I have mental health issues & last year I spent quite a lot of money that I really didn't need to buying my glasses, I was able to explain this to the lady & she helped keep the payment as low as possible, she was so lovely & very patient.

The staff were fantastic, the optician friendly and thorough. Virtually no waiting for my appointment I was straight in. My daughter was greeted with kindness and I was helped with my choice of frames too. The only reason for a 4* Vs a 5* is down to the time to get the new frames back, a week would be ideal Vs 2 weeks. Otherwise perfect experience
