They were very prompt for my two children's appointments. The receptionist is the nicest and most efficient lady I have ever interacted with! She took the initiative to ask if I wanted a note regarding a preference put in the notes. Everyone is nice, and the new building is beautiful and so clean

Excellent customer service throughout entire appointment. Minimal waiting time. Receptionist, dental hygienist and doctor were very courteous, friendly, detailed and informative. Was in and out within 35 minutes. Always a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great local dentist.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had put off going to the dentist for years before finding this practice due to being scared. Since I was a child I have struggled with teeth problems this practice has helped me overcome my fears and stick with cleanings and getting work taken care of. The front desk is always friendly. Kayla is AMAZING, she is gentle and compassionate. She never made me feel bad for not going for so long and I look forward to my appointments with her. Dr. Zimdars is so gentle, you do not have to fear being in pain he is so skilled with shots you hardly feel anything and they numb you enough that you aren’t in any pain during your dental work. He takes his time and really cares about his work. I cannot thank them enough!!

We have been patients (all four of us) for 11 plus years. We evidently missed an appt which I was unaware of in April due to being out of the country. Most likely also forgot about it as well since, they schedule these when your in for your previous cleaning. But then you evidently get dinged if reschedule it between the time of making the appt and the actually 6 mos rolls around. So I called up today knowing that I was behind on getting in for a cleaning. Due to crazy work schedule and medical issues getting in the way. Thought it was strange that no one had called up to remind us we were behind, as they normally have done in the past. They proceed to tell me we have been dismissed due to a total of 30 some hours?? Of missed or rescheduled appts????? Where ever that crazy number comes from I have no idea? Of course they sent me no letter stating this or dismissing us from the practice conveniently. We have always paid our bills, been loyal to the practice, have good Dental Insurance, been extremely patient when they had low staff , esp during Covid when they were taking little to no patients. And….. rescheduled us (this evidently has know became our problem)!!! And we had to wait and have additional treatment done due to being behind on visits. Which costs us more money and time . We never complained once. I have referred numerous people to this practice over the years as well . Two families which are current patients. I will be sharing this experience with them and anyone else who considers going. It obvious to me that now that the clientele/patient base has now been built up and established comfortably therefore generating more revenue. That in turn also allowed you to build a new facility. That you can now pick and choose who you want to treat and who you don’t. I guess you also have dismissed the fact that your reputation is also equally important. So extremely disappointing that you treat your long time clients like this. And to make things worse so rudely leave clients hanging wo no notice scrambling for care, which we all know can take mos to get into to someone new therefore costing us more money, pain and time. Thanks for all great care and concern! Proves we were just another number all those years!
