Worst front desk/ registration. 05/15/2024 Wallace Couch location. Rolled their eyes at me. Ironically talking to me. " Because we are not the ones cleaning the teeth, the doctors are right" Checked me in, then 3mins later told me it won't be able to have the service. I called in advance to state that I was going to be late. They said I had 15 mins after the appointment time. So I continued my way to the clinic. Since I called them, they had to let the doctor know this and he can decide if yes or not. I work at a Clinic so I know how this works. Apparently front desk/ registration never told the doctor this since when I arrived there 12 mins after. They said the doctor won't be able to see me. Of course he won't. So instead of proceeding in a great manner.... oh no the girls can't do that, that's toooo hard for them. When I went in my husband talked in Spanish so they assumed that we only spoke Spanish so one of them told the other in English that I arrived after the 15mins, so I corrected her in English. The other one instead of calming the encounter said " so you want the ____(next appointment) or nah?" I can't choose between them who was the most irritating one. Very different front the front desk that was on 05/09/2024 which were amazing to me and to everyone that came while I was there. Oh and a plus for the clinic please tell front desk to not put obscene music. Which was the case of today also. The last thing we want to do is to enter a dental facility and listen to obscene music.

My experience here was great, I absolutely love this dental clinic! I’m very pleased with the results, they do a fantastic job! And also every time I come here they make my day! Usually I don’t really like going to the dentist but, when I come to this clinic I kinda forget that. EVERYONE who works here are very kind and amazing! Love these people!! :) I DEFINITELY recommend.

My experience.. Not so great. The dentists and assistant that helped me many times were great. It was the admin stuff thats been a pain. I was supposed to get referred out to a dental surgeon for teeth removal. Ive been waiting far over a month. I had to have my insurance call Wallace many times (three times) to get them to send in a referral to my insurance. I also called them about 4 times, each time they said they already sent it in. They did not. They sent in my dentures referral, which got rejected because they had not (after having told me many times they did) send it in. They have made me wait for my remaining extractions for far over a month. I actually believe its been 2 1/2 months at this point of calling back and forth and them telling me one of two things- that they already sent it in or that they "were getting aroun to it". Its ridiculous. And now that my denture referral got denied, I have to figure out a way to get them to send in another referral. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. and noone seems to care. ive lost 25 pounds because I cant eat correctly, and they just took their sweet time getting my referral sent in. Its horrible and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because of this situation. All I want is someone to send in a referral when they say they are going to do it.
