I stayed at Dloft Hotel last month and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived very late at night, and after checking in, we discovered a public hair on the bedsheet. It was extremely unpleasant and clearly indicated that the bedding had not been properly cleaned. We immediately requested to change rooms, but unfortunately the remaining available rooms had similar cleanliness issues — the bedsheets in those rooms were also not clean. As it was already very late and we had no practical option to move to another hotel at that hour, we had no choice but to stay the night. The next morning, we decided to check out early and not stay for the second night (we had prepaid for two nights). However, the hotel refused to refund the unused night fee. We lodged a complaint, but to date, we have not received any resolution or refund. Very disappointed with both the hygiene standards and the way this situation was handled. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, and proper customer service when issues arise is equally important. Unfortunately, this stay fell short on both.

First time staying here and honestly, a great experience overall. The room is solid — clean, comfortable, and more than good enough to rest after a long day out. Location is a big plus too, right in the heart of Chinatown, so food spots, cafes, and public transport are all within walking distance. What really stood out was the service. Big shoutout to Acung, Siti, and Adim for going above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That kind of service makes a difference. Good location near many nice cafes, bars and even the mrt station. Water dispenser, coffee/tea available 24/7. Hotel seems new so the lobby and room looks good. However the keycard didn't work on the second night, and also the aircon wasn't blowing cool air in room 8501 but Maron was nice enough to offer another room after we complained in the middle of the night. Thank you Maron (indian guy staff at the counter).

Very Good location near LRT and MRT Pasar seni station 2 mins walk, besides China town easy to find the street food. The cleanliness is 4/10. The room is old and all amenities should be renovated. Overall is ok to stay for sleep only.
