What a terrible company to deal with, their devices have severe known issues, anytime I contact support about these issues I am forced to trouble shoot for hours, all for them to just say “well we tried everything, have a good day”. I am done with google, will be returning all of my devices and never coming back to this absolutely terrible, buggy, and cheap ecosystem. Customer service is almost completely useless and give no real solutions except for having me reset my devices and internet multiple times for nothing to change.

Garbage products. Speakers can't group. Camera's are near useless without a subscription. The service when you have a subscription is spotty and drops all the time. Whenever there's a power outage, you have to completely factory reset all devices you own in order to maybe get them working again. Good luck with your outside camera's on that one. Conveniently, there is no way to review their products on their store pages. I'll keep that in mind in future and never buy anything from a company that is afraid of reviews. I live in the middle of Toronto and their servers are terrible. Connections lost all the time even when paying their expensive subscription rates. Customer service is non-existent. How about an option to just reset any devices that lose connection? Nah, too hard. Terrible products. Do not buy at any price.

Fantastic job! My garage door was making loud screeching noises and felt jerky while opening. The technician found several worn-out rollers causing the issue. He replaced them with high-quality nylon ones, lubricated all moving parts, and tested the system. Now it’s incredibly quiet and smooth. Very professional, quick, and thorough—highly recommend their service!

Who remembers that pic? It's a pic that appeared when one was getting started on the Google "Hangouts" app. That app was epic and could have competed with WhatsApp and Zoom if it was given more attention, but unfortunately, Google decided to take it down, so sad 😞 😔. Google Hangouts, a communication platform for messaging & video calls, had numerous perks like free voice calls to any +1 country code #s ( USA, Canada, and some Caribbean nations); inexpensive voice calls to other countries (VoIP); even the messaging features were on par with WhatsApp's (Group Message, GIFs, Read Receipts, etc.). Till now, WhatsApp does not offer inexpensive voice calls to international and local landlines - exclusively cellphone #s. That's why Hangouts had an edge over WhatsApp, in my opinion. All started to go south when Google took down the free voice calls to +1 countries, which I relied a lot on for my work. Then, little by little, Google Photos no longer offers free storage for pics and videos on "Storage Saver"quality (understandable, Google would need way more storage capacity for their servers, more heat pollution); then Google users need to sign on to Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail individually within 2 years, otherwise the data gets deleted permanently and respectively (understandable too). However, I can't fathom for the case of Google Hangouts. Instead of going forward and improving (2 becomes 1 or 2 in 1), Google Hangouts went backward- replaced by 2 apps: Google Chat & Google Meet. I really like Google (the pic is a screenshot from a Nexus 5 phone, a legit Google fan) and the old Google, where there was real customer service - a real person picking up the phone and dealing with Google users' issues. Now, the same recorded voice directs which #s to press, then hangs up without resolving the issues. P.S. Microsoft's new AI-powered browser, Microsoft Edge, is catching up. 3 stars! However, Google should be 5 stars. I'll change it if I see amendments....
