A O'BrienTook our cat for a blood test so she could get her leukaemia shots done on a later date. We warned the vet that our cat doesn't always like other people but is always fine with us. The vet proceeded to get a muzzle and put it on her that covered her mouth and eyes. At this point our cat started to freak out and the vet took her to a different room. We could hear our cat screaming, crying, and sounds of something banging for a good 5 minutes. When the vet brought her back she was panting, tongue hanging out, covered in feces, and blood. Her neck had blood around it from the vet attempting to draw blood and he told us he might not have gotten enough for the test to work. Her back right paw had blood on it from one of her claws being torn. Extremely dissapointed in how much our cat was harmed during this experience. We managed to clean her off after and obtained no scratches and she didn't squeal. See photos of experience and post clean of our baby doing okay. Hopefully her claw does not get infected and her neck heals. Other reviews praise this place for their cheap prices but the price isn't worth the pain to our cat.

The follow up visits were very quick and I was given alot of support and information for my cat. Thank-you for helping us.
