First time home buyer here! Robbie Kirkpatrick was recommended to me for my home inspection by my realtor agent. I had a very good experience with him. He was so awesome and helpful in explaining all that was inspected on my home, his attention to every detail and thoroughness during the inspection was very impressive. He also answered any questions that I had and explained all the findings and also sent me a PDF report with pictures. I highly recommend Robbie Kirkpatrick for a home inspection he truly is a man that is trustworthy and honest.

Robbie did a great job on our inspection. He was thorough, friendly, and had our report out to us the same day. He is very knowledgeable on current code standards, and what it takes to avoid issues in the future. We live out of state and wanted the inspection to determine if we should pursue the property we were interested in. From the beginning the process was very easy. Our inspection was scheduled for the next day and Robbie spent several hours going through the property. He called us afterwards and went through his findings with us over the phone, taking time to answer all our questions. Unfortunately, the property had more issues than we wanted to take on, but Robbie’s inspection gave us all the information we needed to make that decision. My husband and I feel we were able to pass on the property without feeling like we let a diamond in the rough get away based off the information Robbie gave us. Payment was very easy as well, and the price was reasonable.

Robbie was extremely thorough! I am a first time home buyer and so the whole process was intimidating but he was able to explain the issues to me to where I could understand and included photos to help even more. He saw things that we didn’t even notice during the home tour. Helped us to be able to go in knowing what needed to be fixed first before jumping into to a house that needed work that I otherwise wouldn’t have been aware of.
